By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue your use of the Service immediately.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as certain data collected automatically through your use of the Service.

  • Account & Profile Data: First and last name, email address, and authentication credentials. This identity management is securely handled through our enterprise-grade authentication systems.
  • Configuration Data: Specific competitor domains, target URLs, and tracking keywords that you configure within your dashboard settings to generate analytical insights and battlecards.
  • Communications Data: Information you provide when contacting our support team or sending inquiries.

B. Billing and Financial Information

  • Payment Data: To securely process subscriptions (such as our Starter, Pro, and Growth plans), we utilize an industry-leading Merchant of Record and payment gateway. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected or received primarily to facilitate the core functions of our competitor intelligence platform, including to:

  • Provide, operate, securely maintain, and continually improve the Service.
  • Execute daily web intelligence scans strictly based on the domains and keywords you define in your workspace.
  • Manage user accounts, process authentications, and handle organizational team invitations/roles.
  • Enforce plan boundaries according to your active pricing tier (e.g., dynamically pausing configurations if limits are exceeded).
  • Deliver critical operational and transactional communications, including weekly battle brief emails, account downgrade warnings, and security alerts (processed via our sub-processor, Resend).
  • Respond to customer service inquiries and fulfill Pro/Growth tier priority support requests.
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal data or your proprietary keyword tracking configurations to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We only share information with authorized third-party vendors and sub-processors strictly when necessary to provide the Service, complete transactions, or comply with legal obligations. These sub-processors include:

  • Authentication Providers: For secure user identity and session management.
  • Payment Processors: For subscriptions, checkout, and invoice management.
  • Resend: For the reliable delivery of automated platform emails (such as intelligence briefs).
  • Database & Infrastructure Providers: For the secure hosting, storage, and processing of application data in robust cloud environments.

5. Security of Your Information

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method implies absolute security; therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Generally, this means retaining account data while your workspace is active. We may retain and use your information further to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Upon verified request, or upon standard termination of your organization workspace, your data will follow routine deletion procedures from our active databases.
